ECM Solution Architect with more than 15 years of OpenText experience. I design and implement Extended ECM platforms for organisations that want their documents and processes genuinely under control — usually with SAP, Salesforce or SuccessFactors on the other side.
What I do
I work as ECM Solution Architect at X-Center, designing and implementing OpenText Extended ECM platforms. In practice that comes down to four things: the information model (workspace types, categories, classifications), the integration with the leading application (usually SAP), permissions and records management, and the road to the next upgrade.
